Faux Fur Behaviour (Inspired by North West)

As we all know the fashionable 2 year old North West (Daughter of Kim Kardashian) slayed us when paparazzi captured her rocking her fur jacket two braids and diamond chokers. This hair and  wardrobe is a north west inspired look but I decided to pair it with dramatic make up.
No matter how expensive, cheap, fake or real your faux fur is we always feel like a million bucks whenever we wear it.
This outfit didn't go how I intended  it to go, however I love how vintage  but yet chic I looked.

Is really not everyday heels because on this day, out off all my heels I own, none of them were working with this outfit. So I didn't force it lol.
I just picked up my Zara loafers which I was ready to return and I paired it with the outfit. I was like yassss Felicias is working!

The loafers and the fur worked great together because they are both vintage pieces.
My dress was a helter neck dress from Asos but it was detachable so I removed it to make it a sleeveless dress and I loved it.

Comfortable and stylish on the go.

As you know I am currently in university and I honestly don't understand why I still have early mornings 3 times during the week.
Not going to lie, 9 am are my absolute struggle and I know you all feel me on this.
When your alarm goes off long enough that your house mate uses it as their alarm to wake up as well. Yes I know is that real,  Lets just say at times am not a morning person.
During the week my styles are definitely more laid back and effortless due to limitation of my time to get ready.
In this post I will explain how I create my weekdays outfit and key pieces  I have in my IamYeboahCloset to create my everyday wear.
Shall we friends! Yes we may!

Step 1
Your go to Jeans!
Yes, the Jeans you cannot live without. I know we all have one right.
For me I own many high waist jeans but I tend to go for my Joni Topshop jeans or my Asos high waist jeans.
Jeans are a must have in your closet as you can either  dress it up or down, formal and casual you name it. There are many ways to style Jeans. So definitely invest in some high waisted jeans and you will begin to see how quick your everyday wear becomes stylish.

Step 2
The Shirt, the basic white tee shirt and the turtle neck top or jumper.
Ok so now that we have our bottom sorted let's move on to our top half.
I love shopping from the men section when it comes to my everyday shirts. Yes the men section don't be acting like am on my own friends.
Places like Asos has fabulous checkered shirts at affordable prices in the men section.
By pairing a casual shirt with your jeans will give you a casual chic look, without going all out.
For my tee shirts , turtle neck tops and jumpers I most purchase them in Topshop, Asos riverisland, and H&M.
Step3
Outwear layer - the bomber coat, leather jacket or a trench coat.
These are my 3 outwear layer I reach out for during the weekday.
Mostly during the week I can honestly wear either just my bomber coat all that week or change them back and forth between them.
When thinking of our outerwear for your everyday look you do not want to over do it because I will be going for the "not bothered style" so reach out for pieces that are simple like a bomber coat, leather coat and the trench coat.

Step 4
Footwear; Loafers, trainers and slip ons.
Am a trainers, loafers and slip on lover because it gives you a stylish look yet it's ever sooo comfortable.
For my casual footwear I shop in Zara , Asos ,Topshop ,Footlocker and Riverisland.

So friends there we have it, my comfortable yet stylish everyday look.
These are my recommend places to buy these pieces, however this is just a guide line to help achieve these looks.

BRING BACK THE FLARED TROUSERS BUT DADS SAYS NO

My dad has occasionally advised me to give up long flared trousers due to my height but I believe they make me look 5.8ft.
Knowing me I decided  to be a rebel and paired my high waisted flared trousers with my office court heels. 
I realised I messed up when I took a fall over 5-6 times that day.
Nevertheless I never gave up lol I was determined to prove a point that when it comes to styling and fashion your confidence is what makes the outfit work, not how tall you are or how slim/thick you are.
Flared and bootlegs are slowly coming back in trend and I have owned my riverisland high waisted trousers for 3 years! However whenever worn I always manage to make it look brand new.
I paired it with my Zara cropped top to emphasise my waist area. Although the floppy hat is a great accessorie to any outfit, it was only worn due to having a bad hair day! 
If a 5.2ft tall girl can wear long high waisted flared trousers then you can too my friend.

LOVER OF GREY - THE BLANKET COAT

When I saw this blanket coat in Urban Outfitters, I knew I had to bring this baby home.
When it comes to my style I tend to reach for an outfit that most people would not normally rock.
I decided to pair the coat with a simple plain black dress in order for the coat to stand out.
Finally it got to the most difficult part of completing a look, what shoes to wear.
I had to reach for these gorgeous pair of heels from missguided with detailed tassels at the back.
Not only was my coat the statement piece but my heels were too.
